This wine is a blend of 85% grenache and 15% mourvedre. The grenache component provides the wine with its aromatic structure – grapefruit, strawberries, and a hint of creaminess. The mourvedre lends a touch of ‘funk’ that separates this rose from many of the ‘fruit bombs’ out there. It’s a great summertime sipper and its bright acidity makes it a great wine to pair with sea food, salads, and pizza! Enjoy!
