This very well may be my favorite of the roses that we’ve produced to this point! We’ve upped the percentage of mourvedre this year, so that it’s 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvedre. This gives the wine an interesting aromatic mix of strawberry, watermelon, pine needle and juniper – very cool! It’s dry as can be and has a nice acidic kick – making it perfect for quaffing on its own or pairing with a light salad or even cheese and crackers!!!!
